Traditional Mashed Potatoes
6 medium russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
½ cup warm milk
¼ cup butter or margarine
¾ tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
dash pepper
How
to cook:
1.
Place potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water.
Cover and bring to a boil; cook for 20-25 minutes or until very
tender. Drain well.
2.
Add milk, butter, salt and pepper; chili powder mash
until light and fluffy.
Spanish Beef Tenderloin Recipe
1,5kg beef tenderloin, in 1 piece
4 Spanish onions, peeled, cut in halves
4 tbs butter
10 fresh red chili
1/3 cup water
seasonings to taste
How
to cook:
1.
Put all ingredients in a roasting pan.
2.
Bake in moderate oven for about 40 minutes; baste the
onions more often than the beef.
3.
Serve immediately.
