Banana
& Peanut Smoothie
½ cup soy milk
½ cup silken tofu
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
2 bananas — frozen
2 tbs chocolate syrup
How to cook:
Combine soy milk, tofu, and
peanut butter in blender. Add bananas, chocolate syrup, and
any ice cubes if desired. Blend until smooth.

1 cup of plain yogurt
1 cup of orange juice
How to cook:
Blend until smooth.
Banana-Orange
Fruit Shake
½ cup orange juice
½ banana, frozen
6 strawberries, frozen
½ cup water
1 tbs skim milk powder
1 tsp flax oil
How to cook:
In a blender, process all the
ingredients until thoroughly mixed and serve.
