slug
of classic cornish chili sauce

lemon juice

tomato juice

tsp black pepper

tsp salt

tsp worcestershire sauce
How to cook:
1. Shake
with ice and strain into a good sized glass over ice cubes. A wedge
of lime and a stick of celery or asparagus may be added.

Pepper Juice

green pepper

red pepper
1
cabbage
½
tomato
¼
lemon
½
apple
coriander
leaves
How to cook:
1. Mix
apple, tomato, lemon, cabbage, green pepper, red pepper, and
coriander in the juicer. Blend until smooth.
2. Serve
cold.
