Chili Cheese Balls

2 cups grated cheddar cheese, grated
1 can green chilies, well drained & chopped
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup butter, softened
½ tsp salt  

How to cook:

1.         Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2.         Mix all ingredients. Shape dough into 3/4 inch balls and place about 2 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet.

3.         Bake until set, about 15-18 minutes. Serve immediately.

 

   

 

Chili and Cheese Biscuits

1 can refrigerate biscuits
1 tbs butter, melted
¼ tsp chili powder
3 tbs canned chilies, drained & chopped
½ cup monterey jack cheese, shredded  

How to cook:

1.         Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheet.

2.         Separate dough into 10 biscuits.

3.         Place 1 biscuit in the center of the cookie sheet. Arrange remaining biscuits in circle, edges slightly overlapping, around center biscuit. Gently press biscuits together.

4.         Combine butter and chili powder; brush over biscuits. Sprinkle with chilies and cheese.

5.                   Bake at 400 degrees for 10-17 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with Mexican dinner or chili.
