Apple
Banana Soy Smoothie
2 ripe bananas, peeled and
halved
2 apples, peeled, cored and quartered
300ml nonfat yogurt
2 tbsp sugar
400ml (15fl oz) organic soy milk
How to cook:
Put all the ingredients in a
blender and purée for 1 minute.

Power Smoothie
¼ cup orange juice
½ cup plain, low-fat yogurt
½ small, peeled ripe banana
¼ cup stemmed, sliced strawberries
honey to taste
1½ tbs vanilla soy protein powder
How to cook:
Place all the ingredients in
a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth.
Smoothie Soy Milk
1
cup soy milk
1 cup lettuce, sliced
1 tsp salt
2 tsp lemonade
½ cup water
How
to cook :
Blend
all of the ingredients.
Serve
it with ice cube.
