Apple
Pie A-La-Mode Smoothie
2 cup frozen vanilla yogurt,
nonfat
¾ cup unsweetened applesauce
¼ cup apple juice, chilled
1 cup apple, peeled and diced
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
How to cook:
Combine the frozen yogurt,
apple sauce, and apple juice in a blender. Add the apple,
cinnamon, and nutmeg. Blend until smooth.
Strawberry
Fruit Smoothie
10 strawberries, frozen
½ banana, frozen
1 cup strawberry yogurt, low-fat
1¼ cup water
1 tbs skim milk powder
1 heaping tbs high- quality protein powder
How to cook:
In a blender, process all the
ingredients until thoroughly mixed and serve.
Triple
Fruit Smoothie
1 banana
1 cup plain yogurt, non-fat
4 slices fresh or frozen peaches
4 fresh strawberries
10 ounces apple juice or cider
1/8 tsp cinnamon
How to cook:
Place all ingredients in
blender. Blend until SMOOTH! Pour into chilled glass and
garnish with fruit and a dash of cinnamon.
