Mango
Tea Smoothie
1 decaffeinated green or white tea bag
2/3 cup water
½ cup mango, cubed
1 wedge fresh lime juice
2 cups crushed ice
How to cook:
Heat water and brew tea. Let cool. Place cooled tea, mango, lime juice,
and crushed ice in a blender and blend until thick and smooth.
Adjust ice to the consistency you like best.
Mango
Apricot Smoothie
1 cup fat-free mango yogurt
½ cup mango, cubed
1 cup lemonade
½ banana
6 canned apricot halves
How to cook:
Put all ingredients into blender. Blend well until smoothie consistency is
reached!
Original
Mango Smoothie
1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, chopped
¾ cup milk, skim
¼ cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
¾ tsp vanilla extract
3 ice cubes
pinch of salt
fresh mint sprigs
How to cook:
Combine all ingredients except mint in blender. Blend until smooth and
creamy. Garnish with mint.
