Hot
Cooked Noodles
500g lean ground beef
1 cup onion, sliced
1 cup green pepper, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cup water
1¾ cup crushed tomatoes
2/3 cup tomato paste
2 tbs chili powder
2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp salt
½ pkg extra wide egg noodles, uncooked
How to
cook:
1.
In
3-quart saucepan, brown ground beef until almost done; drain off
excess fat.
2.
Add
onion, green pepper and garlic; cook until onion is tender but not
brown. Stir in remaining ingredients except noodles.
3.
Bring
to a boil then reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
4.
Cook
noodles according to package directions; drain. Serve chili over hot
cooked noodles.
Baked
Hamburg Noodle
1kg hamburg
1 green pepper, diced
1 large onion, diced
2 cup cheddar cheese
225g cooked noodles
2 cans tomato soup
170g chili sauce
How to
cook:
1.
Cook
noodles.
2.
Saute
onions and peppers. Add hamburg and brown.
3.
Pour
into casserole dish and add the rest of the ingredients.
4.
Bake
at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
