Coconut Ginger Smoothie
¼ cup apple juice
1 coconut, grated OR 1 tbs coconut milk
½ banana
¼ tsp ginger root, fresh, peeled, grated
½ cup crushed ice
How to cook
Blend all until smooth.

1 cup frozen pineapple pieces
½ banana
½ cup orange juice
2 tbs coconut milk
½ tsp lime juice
½ cup nonfat frozen vanilla yogurt
½ cup ice
How to cook:
Combine ingredients in
blender; mix until smooth and frothy.
Mango
Tango Smoothie Recipe
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup orange juice
½ frozen banana
1 cup pineapple sherbet
1½ cups frozen mango slices
How to cook:
Pour all liquid ingredients
into the blender. Add all frozen ingredients. Blend at MIX
setting for 30 seconds then blend at SMOOTH setting until
smooth.
